Be A Part Of History!

Be A Part Of The Stadium!

Our city stadium is being built! Thanks to hard work & sacrifice by our community. Here is your chance to be a permanent part of our city’s history & our schools’ stadium.

EACH Donation of $100.00 will reserve a personalized brick displayed at the Costa Mesa/Estancia Sports Stadium.

Personalized bricks will be placed near the entry way of the stadium when construction is complete. We anticipate the stadium to be complete and the bricks in place by Fall of 2008!

Costa Mesa United's Mission:
Serving the Youth Sports
of Costa Mesa
Costa Mesa United originally was established to help build the future stadium complex & pool complex for our two high schools. Now, with the passage of Measure F, the future of the stadium and pool are going to proceed in the next two phases of the Newport Mesa Unified schools campaign. With these items secured, we look to help with all athletics facilities in our city that benefit our youth!

We have established the "Youth Sports Council" to coordinate their input and hear what items are necessary for the future of Costa Mesa. For the first time the city, the facilities, and the youth sports represenatives can work together to improve our facilities and create new opportunities to solve youth sport needs.

For more info, or to give us your thoughts on our next phase of business, please email us. Thank you for interest in Costa Mesa United.
Applying for a Grant:

It is the policy of the Costa Mesa Community Athletics Foundation (“Foundation”) to award monetary or in-kindgrants to Costa Mesa youth sports organizations as follows:

All Costa Mesa not-for-profit youth sports organizations and/or non Costa Mesa based not-for-profit youth sports organizations whose membership is comprised of a majority of Costa Mesa youth residents.

All proposed projects must be of a permanent nature to include, but not limited to, field improvements and enhancements, infrastructure items, etc. As a general rule, items such as limited life equipment, uniforms,
balls, etc will not be considered for grants.

As a general rule, grant funding will be based on a cost - sharing basis determined between the Foundation, the grant applicant, and any other potential participants.

Annual grant funding shall not be less than 5% of total available non-endowed funds of the Foundation.
